If your employer offers the Alturos program, registering with Lyric takes a few minutes. Here is how.
Three steps
Have your work email and date of birth ready. Registration uses the information your employer provided to Alturos.
- 1Confirm eligibility. You are eligible once your employer’s enrollment is active and your name is on the eligibility file. If you are unsure, ask us below.
- 2Register with Lyric. Use the button above. Create your account with the same name and date of birth your employer has on file so the system can match you.
- 3Set up your profile. Add your preferred pharmacy and any dependents your plan covers, then you are ready to schedule your first visit.
Common questions
Is there a cost per visit?
Visits are part of the membership rather than billed individually. Your employer’s program documents describe what is included.
Can my family use it?
That depends on how your employer set up the program. Check your enrollment materials or ask us.
Registration didn’t work
The most common cause is a name or birth date that does not match your employer’s file. Send us a question and we will sort it out.
